You have a choice between a lower quality, smaller file (which is quite small and rather blocky) or a larger quality, bigger file (which is very good quality). The smaller file is recommened for those being shouted at to hurry up/with little HD space, but, if you have the time/a fast connection, as ever, I recommend the larger of the two.
