Various bits and bobs that seemed worth putting on the site.
I keep a few log files. Some more dilligently than others. Since starting it, my resurrect log is the most frequently updated, and most accurate. I also have a log of Harry's stupid deaths. This is not a list of every time I die, but a capture of how I died; if it was done in a spectacular or amusing way.
I use TinyFugue now (a mud client), on a Linux machine to play NewMoon. I used to use plain old telnet, but the client helps a lot to alleviate my mild dyslexia (which can be a pain). So I thought I would see how else it could help.
Triggers are, as a rule, illegal on NewMoon. Read help triggers and help cheating for more info. But provided they are non-interactive and informational only, then they may be used. I am slowly building up a list of legal triggers for Harry.
I use a lot of aliases to help me play newmoon. Especially as my typing sucks. And so I have many aliases, which to be honest, I don't what they do when I look at them on my list, but when I want them, they are intuitive. Here is my list of aliases.
