X: Razor Ramon defeated Shawn Michaels in a ladder match, Ramon is also named IC Champ from a vacated title

XI: Diesel defeated Shawn Michaels in a World Title Match to retain the Title 

1996*: Won the Royal Rumble for the 2nd time.

XII: Shawn Michaels defeated Bret Hart in the only Iron Man match to win the world title for the 1st time..(finale in overtime) 

1997: Defeated Sid to regain the World Title

XIV: Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels to win the World Title...(looks to be HBK's last match) 

1998: Defeated Undertaker in a casket match to retain the world title

IYH 2: hbk defeated jeff jarrett to regain the intercontinental title (Jarretts last match in the WWF before going to wcw then later returning to the WWF) 

July 23, 1995

1990: Power and Golry defeated the Rockers 

1989: In a elimination match the team of Ultimate Warrior, Jim Neidhart, The Rockers defeated the team of Andre the Giant, Haku, Bobby Heenan, and Arn Anderson.

IYH  3: Shawn Michaels and Diesel defeated Yokozuna and British Bulldog for the tag titles.(Match outcome later reversed since Bulldog was subbing for the other half of the tag champs Owen Hart)

September 24, 1995

1992:  Fought Rick Martel to a double count out

1990: The team of Warlord, Rick Martel, Paul Roma, and Hercules defeated the team of Jake Roberts, Jimmy Snuka, and The Rockers.

IYH 6: Shawn Michaels defeated Owen Hart

February 18, 1996 

1993: Defeated Mr. Perfect by Count Out 

1991: The Nasty Boys and the Beverly Brothers defeated the Bushwhackers and the Rockers.

(The Rockers split after this match and went solo)

IYH 7: Shawn Michaels defeated Diesel in a No Holds Barred match for the World Title

April 28, 1996

1995: Defeated Razor Ramon in a ladder match to retain the Intercontinental Title 

1992: Bret Hart defeated Shawn Michaels to retain the World Title. (Shawn Michaels kept his I.C title though that was not on the line) 

IYH  8: Shawn Michaels and British Bulldog wrestle to a draw for the World Title since both men had their shoulders pinned to the mat

May 26, 1996

1996: Shawn Michaels defeated Vader to retain the World Title 

1993: The team of Bret, Owen, Bruce, and Keith Hart defeated the team of Shawn Michaels, and the three knights. (Shawn Michaels was a last minute replacement in this match for Jerry Lawler) 

IYH  9: Vader, Owen Hart, & British Bulldog defeated Shawn Michaels, Ahmed Johnson, and Sid (subbing for Ultimate Warrior) when Vader pinned Shawn Michaels

July 21, 1996

1997: Was the Special Guest Ref in the World Title Match between Bret Hart and the Undertaker

1994: The team of Razor Ramon, 1-2-3 Kid, the British Bulldog, and the Headshrinkers defeated the team of Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart, and Jeff Jarrett. 

(Diesel and HBK split after the match, Diesel went on to win the world title less than a week later)

IYH 10:  Shawn Michaels defeated Mankind by dq

September 22, 1996

hbk before his match against steve austin at wrestlemania14. austin won the match and the belt that night in boston, and this was his last ever match in the WWF.

1995: The team of Shawn Michaels, Ahmed Johnson, the British Bulldog, and Sid defeated the team of Dean Douglas, Razor Ramon, Owen Hart, and Yokozuna. (This was the first and only Survivor Series wild card match)

IYH 11: In a dark match after the ppv: Shawn Michaels defeated Goldust

1996: Sid defeated Shawn Michaels to win the World Title 

IYH 17: Shawn Michaels and Undertaker battle to a no contest

1997: Shawn Michaels defeated Bret Hart for the World Title by "submission" (This turned out to be Bret's last WWF match and later called the 'Montreal incident ')

IYH  18: Shawn Michaels defeated Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match to retain the world title

IYH  19: Ken Shamrock defeated Shawn Michaels by dq in the world title match when dx interfered..hbk retained the title on a dq loss at the degeneration X in you house
