For making 3D drawings. Draw the front
view then draw angles backwards at 45 degrees to the horizontal base line.

Isometric Drawing
For making 3D drawings. Shows more of the
top of the object than oblique. Imagine the whole object in the diagram above being turned
at 30 degrees to the horizontal baseline.
Both isometric and oblique give a distorted view of the object. Perspective drawings give
a better idea of what an object looks like.
For 3D drawing. Used to show front and one
side of an object. All the horizontal lines join a single vanishing point. If more than
two surfaces of an object need to be shown two point perspective is used.
Single Point Perspective
For 3D drawing. Gives a more realistic
view than single point perspective. By moving the vanishing points different effects can
be obtained.
