NEW YEAR'S DAY

THE MORNING AFTER THE NIGHT BEFORE...........Rise and shine into the New Year with a hearty Scottish brunch served between 10 and 12 noon. Revive yourself with a glass or two of Buck's Fizz ..Savour our essential festive porridge laced with a drop of the "Famous Grouse", try Lady Claire's kedgeree with fresh smoked haddock and subtle aromatic spices specially designed to perk up the taste buds, or maybe a traditional breakfast is what you really, really want!

The day is yours to do as you please ~ blow away the cobwebs with a walk to the Falls of Rogie and the View Rock - excellent panoramic views of the valley. If you want to go further afield there's First Footing at Fort George with Medeival jousting, fun and games for all the family or maybe enjoy a round of golf (weather permitting) on many of our local courses. Whatever you decide to do, there's always the sauna to unwind in or the sunbed to top up your tan on, back at the hotel.

On top of the View Rock on New Year's Day!

The evening is spent relaxing and enjoying another super candlelit dinner.

Afterwards you may like to join in our malt whisky quiz in the bar
