Annual Dinner  

The Clubs Annual Dinner will take place at the

Mount Avenue Banqueting Suite, Mount Avenue,
Hutton on Friday 5th December 2008, starting at 7.30 for 8.00pm.

This year our principal speaker
is Roger Dakin who is well known as an after

dinner speaker and is returning to us by popular demand.
We are very fortunate to have obtained his services this year.
The other speakers will include Mike Barnes,

Chairman of the Shepherd Neame Essex League,
and our own Jim Lynch. This promises to be an entertaining

evening and we look forward to your company.

will be held in the Clubhouse at The Polo Field Ground,
Hall Green Lane, Hutton, Brentwood, Essex,
on Tuesday 25 November 2008 at 8.00 pm
when the following business will be transacted.

Adoption of the minutes of the AGM held 12 December 2007
Chairman’s report
Adoption of the accounts of the Club for the year ended 30 September 2008
Subscriptions and Match Fees for the 2009 season
Election of Officers of the Club
Election of Committee Members
Election of Team Captains for the 2009 season
Consider and vote on proposal to add new Club Rules
                     Any other competent Club business
