Frühlingsfest is pretty much the same thing as Octoberfest in München and Volksfest in Stuttgart, just smaller. Still, from what I have understood, the one in Stuttgart is the biggest one in Germany.

This was the second time only for me drinking at the fest, which is a good thing as the beer is stronger than normally and although they are 7,20€ á mass (= very expensive beer in Germany) you don't just drink one.

Notable is that the tents close already at eleven in the evening. A note on that is that people arrive in the tents during the afternoon and stay many, many hours
