"Terror TV" was a regular feature of Fleetway's"Monster Fun" comic, which also featured such wonderful characters as Dracu-Lass, Gums ( a shark worse than his bite), and the unforgettable Frankie Stein (who also appeared in "Shiver 'N' Shake" annuals). This strip obviously dates from the Tom Baker era, though I'm afraid I can't be more specific; hey, if YOU can, then email me with the info. More info on this classic comic can be found in the LINKS.
