About Us Above in red are a few of Freespirit's kickboxing students at a recent association grading. Whilst there are a number of "Martial Arts Clubs" in the Droylsden area of Manchester, Freespirit teaches for the love of the martial arts and NOT for the MONEY un-like many others. Seyah Kickboxing was established in May 2003 as a way to introduce females to an effective area of self defence whilst encouraging involvement into a proven exercise system which supports weight reduction and helps you to tone up. The aim of the club is to: Provide an environment where individuals can develop at their own pace. Provide support based on individual need. Encourage the take up of exercise with people who may normally not be bothered. Provide a base where individuals can develop personally, spiritually & Physically .
