Welcome to Seyah Kickboxing



Seyah Kickboxing is a young but growing kickboxing system taught by Bill Hayes from his Freespirit Martial Arts Club in Droylsden Manchester. The style encompasses the philosophies of light continuous kickboxing and full contact as taught for many years by many respected associations. It also utilizes the variety of stances associated with boxing, Freestyle karate and kickboxing so enabling students to utilize all the tactics required to defend yourself,. attack and or evade attacks by others. Whilst Most of our students prefer to participate in the club for fitness and self-defense reasons the intense high powered training structure lends itself to the light continuous and full contact competition arena.


What are the benefits of kickboxing?

Kickboxing as the name suggests mixes the kicking techniques of the oriental martial arts with Western Boxing. It is an excellent form of self defence. It provides a brilliant way to burn fat, develop or keep toned, and improve fitness.
