Anthony Head is to host a humorous documentary on Goths, to air on Radio One on 4th November at 11pm.

The show's producer Nicky Birch says that the show "will definitely appeal to all Buffy fans as it's a true comic celebration of the dark aesthetic."

"Black is back - there's no mistaking Goth is the new look. But is it all still back combed hair, The Sisters Of Mercy and trousers that make you infertile? Gilles aka 'Morpheus the Darkly Clad One' goes underground, unearthing the scene that just won't die, and speaks with the young things that go jangle jangle in the night."

If you miss the show you can find it here on the Radio One archives.

Rebecca Rand Kirshner has teamed up with web designer Chris Buchanan to create www.cassienewton.com, as featured in last week's US episode "Help".

The episode features a student Cassie Newton (played beautifully by Azura Skye) who suffers from congenital heart condition and comes to Buffy for help when she sees a vision of her own death.

"One of the most frightening things about this," Kirshner says, "is tapping back into my high-school journals. I have all the journals from all those years. I have this big, lockable bookshelf, and I have them all in there. I had to look back, which throws you into all of those apoplectic teenage memories. I didn't crib any of my own poetry, but I did crib my own mentality."

Buffy has been named the worst TV show for families in American, a recent Parents Television Council report said.

The show was condemned for having graphic violence, sex and occult elements. Other forwned-upon programmes include Friends and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, while families-friendly shows included The WB's Smallville, 7th Heaven and Reba.

One family-approved show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, deals primarily on the occult but escaped because of the magic being used positively. A Channel 4 programme on teen witches airs this Tuesday at 11.05pm is said to accuse Sabrina and Buffy of being bad influences on today's teens but is dismissed by reviewers as a, quite literally, media witch-hunt.

TheWB.com has had a redesign in time for the new Fall 2002 schedule and, as part of their new Worship Sunday, there is a new Angel Demon Bowling game.

You're on the Angel Investigations team and need to bowl a perfect game to beat the demons of Hell's team at this inovative game, which requires Shockwave. The WB advise you "put on your ugliest shoes and order a pizza for atmosphere." To play, click the link above.

In a recent interview in Hello Magazine, Sarah Michelle Gellar admitted to spoiling the Internet Buffy drinking game in which you take a drink every time a listed cliché happens in the show.

"Yeah, in the first season, they always made me wear tank tops. I was about 15 pounds heavier and a full cup size bigger and I wasn't going to wear tops without a bra, so you always saw the straps." Sarah confessed. "I was thinking, 'Great, I'm adding to the rate of drunks in America.' But for the second season I discovered strapless bras, and it ruined the whole game."
