Pressing the "Cell" button sets the current active directory to the value indicated in the currently active cell. This must be a valid file path. Otherwise, an error message is returned. If it is a valid path then it will produce a messagebox like the following:
after it gets done setting the path. The message box indicates that the current active directory was successfully reset and where it was reset to.
