Clicking on this basically gives a directory listing of folders in the current active directory
notice that no files are shown.
This button is useful when used in conjunction with the Cell button. Simply press the Folder List button, position the rectangle shaped thing overthe cell containing the directory you want to go to, and press the cell button.
This 3 step process traverses down directory trees whereas the parent button traverses up directory trees. So it is like an inverse to the parent button.
