A Victorian mid-terraced house in Falmouth on a quiet side road, under half a mile to sandy Gyllyngvase beach and FaImouth’s interesting and varied town shops. 

Falmouth is one of Cornwall's premier resorts, has a lovely harbour packed with sailing boats, and three principal beaches. Many local attractions: Maritime Museum, sailing, boat and fishing trips, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, etc. 

Accommodation comprises: 

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed. Duvets. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & small breakfast table. Lounge with colour T.V. Dining room with french doors onto the yard. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Separate toilet. A perfectly enclosed rear garden with small lawn (a sun trap, with table and chairs, but note the 4ft 6 ins raised lawn so mind the toddlers) and a small yard area. Heating by a storage heater in hallway & on landing & 1 mobile electric heater. l dog welcome.
