If called to Testify, I declare under oath the following statements to be truthful and accurate.

On or about March of 2001 I published a Newsletter on my web site, wwwunitypublishing.com entitled Fatima Trip Uncovers Secrets and Mysteries. The entire contents of this Newsletter was information I received from Carlos Evaristo. To support his personal conversation with those I wrote about, he said that there were two other witnesses, a truck driver and Bemt Ludolphi, a German journalist. Carlos showed me a magazine entitled Die Wahrheit published in February of 2001. However, what convinced me of the truth of this was that both Carlos Evaristo and Bemt Ludolphi were present at the conversation and Carlos showed me a picture with the three of them together. I was told the stories by Carlos Evaristo.

After publishing the Newsletter, Carlos Evaristo called saying that he was going to loose his job and that he and his family would be in the street, if I did not remove this Newsletter and state that none of the information was true. The Newsletter was about the false mystics promoted by the 101 Foundation. The 101 Foundation was founded by John Haffert, and Carlos worked for John Haffert.

I told Carlos that I could take the Newsletter down but I could not make a retraction because the information was true and he knew it. I could not lie about it. Carlos insisted that he and his family would be out in the street if I did not retract the information and publicly say that I did not get it from him. I refused because I cannot lie. I told him I would take the Newsletter down but if he wanted a retraction, he would have to write it himself. I would not. I said I would post what he would write but I would not write it.

On March 19, 2001 at 8:58 AM I received an email from Carlos with a letter written by Dr. Antonio Agostinho, legal representative of the Oureana Historical - Cultural Foundation. There is no truth to this letter by Agostinho but I posted it anyway. Let God be my judge.

I know that I added comments to this letter but I do not have a copy of those comments.

Since John Haffert has died, and the foundation is now in the control of Carlos Evaristo, I have re- posted this Newsletter with comments. The one error in the letter was the name of a priest. Philip Kronzer saw a picture of this priest and insisted it was Father Deeter of Australia, and we both knew a lot about him. Kronzer had seen him but I had not, so I took his word for that fact that this was the same priest. It was not.

The reason I recap this history of this Newsletter and Email, is that in the past year Carlos Evaristo included me in a complaint against Bemd John Hans Ludolphi and I signed this complaint. It was typed by Carlos Evaristo and read to me in English but I did not read it. I then signed the complaint which I assumed contained the defamatory remarks printed in a German Paper and the defamatory remarks made at Domus Pacis.

Since signing this complaint I have had five conversations by phone and email telling me what I must testify in court, and none of this testimony suggested to me is the truth, other than the remarks printed in the German Paper. It was in these five conversations that I realized that Evaristo was saying in court the same thing he said on the paper that Dr. Antonio Agostinho signed and I posted on my web site.

This retraction of my Newsletter did cost me a great deal. It was the only investigation that I ever retracted in 30 years of writing. My enemies, who most all have their own web sites, posted this letter on their web sites to show that my investigations could not be trusted. It was used hundreds of times in chat rooms to show the same. However, the information was true, and after Haffert died I re-posted the old Newsletter, with a new introduction. But most of all, the information in the Newsletter did not come from Ludolphi, but from Evaristo.

When I left my relationship with Evaristo and Kronzer and moved to Aljustrel I intended to stay quiet as to why, but Evaristo tried to damage my relationship with the nuns at the Convent in Coimbra (it did not work) and so I posted on my web site the reason I left. I did not use their names. Attached "Unity Publishing Moves To Children's Village". The many reasons are in my diary.

The second thing Evaristo did was insist that I testify that Ludolphi was responsible for my damaged reputation on the Internet but this is not true, it was Evaristo and Agostinho. I had never talked to Ludolphi about these things and I cannot read German.

He invited me to a meeting where he was going to explain to everyone what to testify in court, but at the last minute I was left out. Instead he emailed me what to testify. Attached email of March 26, 2002. I have numbered the items that Evaristo insisted I testify to in court.

Item I is true and I doubted that they knew Ratzinger.

Item 2 is false. I know that the organization is a true Association.

Item 3 is also false for the same reason.

Item 4 is false, as although I was present at this meeting, Ludolphi did not confess having taken Carlo's books without permission. In fact he insisted that he had a contract and could prove it. He never said he would apologize for anything.

Item 5 is also not true, at least I never heard of this.

Item 6 is not true, as he had said many times, that this was a mockup Newsletter and they only put in fake names and addresses until the real ones could be agreed to. This I remember because I personally defended Ludolphi in front of the entire group on this issue.

Item 7 is not true. I have heard this but only from Evaristo, not from Father Mariani.

Item 8 is true but I no longer trust those who translated the German to me, so I am not sure.

Item 9 is not true in that I have no knowledge of this except from this email.

Item 10 is not true in that I have no knowledge of this except from this email.

Item 11 is not true. I was called to protect Carlos from a physical attack by Ron Eason but when I got there they were seated talking with Father Mariani. Evaristo was doing the shouting. Eason was not. I later talked with Eason outside but he seemed no threat to me

Item 12 is not true. I have no memory of this.

Item 13 is not true. Ludolphi came to my house in February 26th after reading my reasons for leaving Kronzer and Evaristo. He only wanted to know if I had written the letter calling him a Nazi and distributed to thousands of people with my name on it. He also wanted to know if I wrote and faxed to these same thousands of people a Newsletter called. "Lucia said, Lucia said, but Lucia said nothing." The third thing he wanted to know is that if I knew who put a rock through the window of his car.

He never brought up anything regarding the coming court case. Regarding his first question, I told him the story of how this was one of the five reasons I separated myself from Kronzer and Evaristo. How Kronzer and Evaristo wrote this document and put my name on it. How I insisted that they take my name off of it, and how Evaristo scratched my name off How they then bought a fax machine and without my knowledge programmed the fax machine with my name at the top of all the pages. They then faxed this document all over the world from my phone line. I watched them do it but had not idea my name was on the fax. Only Evaristo could have programmed this fax machine as it is in the Portuguese language.

Ludolphi's second question made me very mad, as I told him that yes, I did write "Lucia said, Lucia said" but that I had never published it because Evaristo insisted that I could not publish it until it was presented in court. I told Ludolphi that he could not have a copy of this as it never left my computer and only I and Evaristo has copies of it as I had emailed it to Evaristo to check for errors. Ludolphi said he had a copy that was faxed to people in the United States. I asked Ludolphi to get me a copy of this so that I could see that he was telling the truth. He came back the next day to show me his copy.

The third thing he wanted to know was if I knew who damaged his car. I told him that I knew who did it but I would only tell him who did not do it. It was not Evaristo or Eason. After that Ludolphi seemed to know as there were people who saw them. I did not think this a problem. Kronzer told Evaristo and me that he would tell the Fatima Police who did it. He then told us that he and Alexander drove to Ludolphi's house to put a letter on his car. I do not know what this letter was, as I only heard the story many months later. He said that as he waited for Alexander to put the letter on the car, Alexander then picked up a rock and through it into the window of the car. Kronzer told me that he went to the Fatima police and reported the crime. Proof of this is the attached email from Alexander to me on July 24, 2001 - See attached

Item 14 is a blatant lie, in that Evaristo knows who wrote the fax with my name on it. Kronzer wrote it in long hand, I typed it for him (although it did not say that Ludolphi was a Nazi). I gave it to Kronzer on disk and then it was re-edited to include the reference to a Nazi and my name put on it. Evaristo typed my name on it and then removed it, but he also programmed the Fax with my name on it.

Item 15 is a lie in that Evaristo knew who took this out of his computer. Kronzer took the document from Evaristo's computer with Evaristo's help because Kronzer does not know how to use computers. When :l confronted Evaristo about this, showing him that it had to come from his computer as no one could have accessed mine-I kept the office locked unless I was in it. Evaristo then blamed it on Allen Merwin, saying that he must have taken it out of Evaristo's computer and faxed it all over America. I proved to Evaristo that this was a lie as Allen Merwin does not have the fax list that this went out to, and only Kronzer has this list.

Item 16 is a lie. Evaristo came the next night to my house after I was in bed. He said that I might be in legal trouble with the Portuguese court system simply by talking to Ludolphi, and he insisted that I write to him and tell him not to see me anymore. He said I had to do this to protect myself from braking the law. I let Carlos type up such a letter thinking that I would find out if it was true or not later. He then printed out the letter and had me sign it. The next day he took the letter from me saying that he was going to have an envelope typed up for the letter and before I knew it he had it mailed. I later found out that there was no truth to this, except that no one could try to influence my testimony as Evaristo has. I have met with Ludolphi after that. He has never told me what to testify in court. He has simply answered any questions I had.

I have been threatened with jail and/or expulsion from the country by Evaristo. The reason for this was that Evaristo wanted me to use $5,000.00 of Kronzer's money for a dinner party and I refused. He then tried to get Antonio, who does not speak English, to agree with a lie he was trying to tell me, but his wife, Margarita, translated correctly before Carlos could translate the lie he was about to tell me. He got so violent with his wife for this truthful translation that he stayed violent for three weeks and almost had a divorce. He then switched the blame to me and began to tell lies about me to Kronzer. The problem is that Kronzer believed him and never even talked to me about it. Today this threat continues so that I will lie in court. What they do not know is that I would not lie in court for my own children or to save my own life.

I have been bribed by Kronzer and Evaristo. I have been lied about in an attempt to damage my reputation and to hide the real reasons I left them. I have been intimidated to lie in Court. Every friend I had in Portugal has been contacted to stay away from me in order to intimidate me into leaving Fatima for lack of English speaking people to talk with including Sister Isabelle in Coimbra.

I have five times tried to get my Residencia papers from Evaristo so that I can complete my Residencia and he has always refused to give them to me. I then emailed Evaristo, copying myself, and Allen Merwin, so that he knew that I was preparing a legal case to get my documents back from him. See Attached email. Allen Merwin went the next day to get the documents and Evaristo refused to give them to him. To this day I do not have them, and cannot complete my Residencia without starting all over.

I am also waiting for a document from the American Social Security proving my retirement. This document should have arrived four months ago. Since Kronzer/Evaristo and I both have keys to the mail box, I have assumed that one of them, Evaristo or Kronzer, has taken this letter. I even went to the postmaster to see if it was lost.

The things above are only a few of the reasons I left Kronzer and Evaristo, but I do not want anything from them, nor do I want to harm them legally or any other way. I simply cannot testify in court or to anyone else a lie and want to set the record straight. I also have a diary of everything that has happened since I arrived in Portugal. I update this daily.
