My Diary For Wearing The Rings

5th July 2001: Sorry I haven't written in this diary for a while, but my server has been down. Anyway on with the news. Alot of things have happened since I have been gone. Basically I 100% believe that the devices help your health now. The last few nights I have slept well, and I feel my heartbeat get alot stronger when I put the NEO rings on. The NORMAL rings didn't suit me very well. Basically I am getting on great with the NEO rings though. After putting them on, I get a small sensation in the fingers I have them on. I then feel my heart getting faster and then it slows down to a more powerful beat rather than a standard normal beat. I wake up in the morning feeling fine, and I also have noticed that my concentration is much much much better than before. I always notice that I get very hot when I first put the rings on though. After around 20 minutes of the heat, it goes away, but I always wonder what it is that makes it do it. I put it down to my hearbeat being stronger. I will carry on writing in this diary though. 2nd July 2001: Yesterday night was the first night I had tried my NEO rings, and let me tell you it was a weird experience. I went to bed about 12:30am and simply put the rings on, turned off my light, and lay on my back in the bed ready to go to sleep. I was waiting for some sort of feeling to happen, like my arms tingiling or something, but nothing happened. It got to about 1:30am and I was still not asleep. But I rolled over and decided to check I had the polarites correct on the rings. As I turned on the light in my room my head went all funny and my eyesight was blurry. I was so tired, so I checked the polarites (which were correct) and then decided to TRY and go back to sleep. Ten minutes after turning out the light, I felt my heart feeling very weird. The feeling I can't really describe, but it was there 100%. The feeling was coming from within my chest. I was so amazed at it, but also very shocked. I am afraid I fell asleep after that.

30th June 2001: I got my NEO rings today, and am very excited about trying them out tonight. Visit back tomorrow to find out what happened. All I know is that they are 21 times more powerful, so they musy work alot better. STAY TUNED

28th June 2001: I actually had a good sleep last night, and woke up feeling quite good. I went to the gym first thing this morning, and had a really good work-out. I was very impressed with my concentration today as well. Normally it is not very good. But I had a really clear mind today, so I was really happy. I managed to do my work fine today, and felt in a really good mood. I have a feeling all of this is because of the rings. Tonight, I hope to get to sleep straight away, and wake up AMAZING. I have not recieved my NEO rings yet, but hope to soon

27th June 2001: I am really excited about recieving my NEO rings, I believe that they will work. I am still wearing my NORMAL rings every night, and so far, I am not quite sure whether I feel anything or not. They definatly keep me awake though. Maybe they keep me awake because they are doing something to me, or maybe it's just because I have a ring on, and I am not used to it.

26th June 2001: I ordered the rings last night, and hope they get here soon. I keep thinking there is something wrong with me, because the rings don't work very well with me. Maybe it's just because I need the NEO ones, because there more powerful. I am considering buying some foot braces as well, but I am not quite sure.

25th June 2001: I must have fell asleep in the end last night, and I woke up very tired. I didn't feel refreshed, and didn't feel full of energy like it said I would. I woke up annoyed and frustrated. Anyhow, I wrote a e-mail to one of the Moderators at Alex Chiu.com and asked them, if they had the same effects. The moderator replied saying that I should get the NEODYMIUM Rings for better effects (The NEODYMIUM Rings are exactly 21 times stronger than the NORMAL rings I have now). I decided to buy some NEODYMIUM rings as told.

24th June 2001: I received my NORMAL rings today(the normal rings are the weakest strength ring you can order from Alex Chiu), and put them on straight away. I was so excited when I recieved the package through the door. When I first put them on I didn't feel anything for about 10 minutes, but then suddenly I did feel my heart beat getting slightly faster. I wasn't sure if this was a good thing or bad, so I toke the rings off. I carried on my day as normal without the rings on. When it came to bed, I decided to put them on again. The same thing again happened, my heart beat was quite fast, and I had real troubles sleeping. I was sweating quite bad, and I was worried mostly that I had the rings on wrong, so I kept on reading the instruction booklet over and over again. It turns out that I was infact doing it RIGHT!
