The Isle of Wight is situated off the South coast of England, separated by the Solent.
There are four points on the mainland from which travel is available.
From Southampton to East Cowes by Red Funnel Ferries who provide both vehicle and foot passenger service.
From Southampton to Cowes also by Red Funnel foot passenger service only by Red Jet.
From Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth by Wightlink Ferries again both vehicle and foot passenger service.
From Portsmouth to Ryde by Wightlink foot passenger service only by Catamaran.
From Southsea to Ryde by Hovertravel who provide a foot passenger service only by Hovercraft. |
