Student Accommodation Services was set up in 1999 to promote two very high quality student houses in Falmouth and Penryn, Cornwall.  

80 Marlborough Road in Falmouth (photo above left) has 8 student rooms, all with washbasins, and three of these rooms also have en-suite showers.  There is a shared bathroom, two WCs, and a sitting room with TV and VCR.  The kitchen has gas cooking, plus two microwaves, and a large fridge, plus all normal equipment.  There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, and a large freezer.  The house is fully gas central heated. 

Old Mill House in Penryn (photo above right) has 5 student rooms.  There is a shared bathroom, and a kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting area, with TV and VCR.  The kitchen has electric cooking, plus a microwave, and a large fridge/freezer, plus all normal equipment.  There is also a washer/dryer.  The house is fully gas central heated.

These houses offered are now available for term-time student lettings exclusively through Townsend Accommodation Agency (01326-373492).

The two properties are also available for summer lets, to groups of people visiting Falmouth for holidays, or sailing or other events, by contacting the owners, Mr & Mrs. Wilson, at 01326-212234 (Yachtsnet Ltd.) during working hours, .  When let as summer lets, the two houses can hold 5 and 10 people respectively.
