In accordance with ratified NATO/UN defense protocols (OPERATION FALLEN CRESCENT), U.S. III Corps (HQ) Yerevan will conduct military operations to stabilize the situation and safeguard the government of Armenia. 1/66th Armor are in a dug-in position along Phase Line BLACK. A. Co. 3/22nd, A. Co. 3/20th and A. Co. 3/28th ADA Bn are tasked to provide forward area air defense of maneuver units along the FEBA. 1/20 and 1/28 Artillery Bn are moving into position to provide fire support. Task Force *p (Combat Aviation) is on station to provide aerial reconnaissance and close air support. Current status in the battle area is WEAPONS FREE. FRIENDLY SITUATION
