Unzip both files into your terrain/GermanyCE folder and you will have a third level of planning maps, high-resolution with Airfield names.
The map can also be printed and used for paper-mission planning.

Filling potholes
Looks for zero-height points surrounded by much higher heights, i.e potholes in the terrain, apparently generated during automatic scenery creation.
Usage: hfdtool in_file out_file [height]
Where
in_file is the HFD file to read
out_file is the HFD file to write
[height] is the optional (default 50M) maximum height difference for potholes
Note this is a console program i.e. best run within a command shell
After running copy the original HFD elsewhere and rename the new HFD appropriately
