Jazz Club Nights are currently at the Ivy Leaf, Kent Street, every Thursday. Regular updates on forthcoming events appear in the 'What's On' guides and the Jazz Press.

Our music policy embraces many forms of Jazz, reflecting the interests of members.

The benefits of membership include:

Priority tickets for special events
Concessions wherever possible
Discounts on certain goods and services
Full participation in Club policy making

The annual subscription is £10 per individual, or £2 if aged 19 or under.

You may become a member and pay your subscription on a Club night.

The Ivy Leaf is on Kent Street, as marked on the map.

The Ivy Leaf is at the bottom of Kent Street, next to the Kent Tavern.

How to get there:
From the North Leave the M6 at Junction 38, and take the A6 to Kendal. As you approach the town centre, you will pass under a railway bridge and see the County Hotel on your right. (Number 13 on the map). Carry on past the Hotel, and you will be on Wildman Street. Cross the river bridge, then follow the road round to the left. A right bend brings you to a parking area on your left on New Road. The Ivy Leaf stage door is just beyond Smiley's Tyre depot, at the rear of the Dun Horse Pub. The Front entrance is on Kent Street.

From the South Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A591 to Kendal. Follow the main road through Kendal, you will pass the Parish Church and the Town Hall (both on the right - Town Hall is marked 1 on the map). You are now in the one-way system: take the right hand lane. Carry on in the right hand lane until you pass MacDonald's which is next to the post office (PO on the map). Turn right into Sandes Avenue. Stay in the right hand lane, and turn right again (signed for Lancaster). You are now on Blackhall Road. Pass the Bus Station on your right. (Marked 11 on the map). Keep right for 'Town Centre' follow the road round to the right and slow down. You are now on New Road. You will see parking areas - stay right. Just beyond Smiley's Tyre depot is the stage door to the Ivy Leaf, at the rear of the Dun Horse Pub.
