Hafren 'Little Tee Whangi III'We are a principal breeder for Kune Kune pigs situated at BRYNIAU GWERFYL, Pentrefoelas, near Betws Y Coed, in North Wales.
Our IntentionsTo protect, breed, and maintain the natural characteristics of this rare breed of Wild Boar within the United Kingdom.
ProfileThis is a family concern situated on a Registered Smallholding of an area of approximately 4 acres of land. All our pigs are kept free range together with poultry and other animals. We are a Registered Breeder with the British Kune Kune Pig Society. We maintain a close liaison with other Kune Kune pig breeders within other areas of Wales. This enables us to provide piglets of many colours and also unrelated pigs for breeding purposes. We exhibit our pigs and piglets during the months of July, August and September at many of the Agricultural shows that are held in this area of North Wales. These shows have always been a great success for people of all ages to see and handle the piglets. This has resulted in an enormous amount of interest being show in this breed of animal which was first imported into this country in 1992.
