A Lady
called Myra a long time ago
|
| Bought a young Bichon
Frise and started to show |
| No-one could ever
have guessed at the time |
| that this was the
start of a fabulous line |
|
|
| The sweet Blackeyed
Susie became the first star |
| and started the fame
of the name Kynismar |
| All over the world it
is known as the best |
| and its sure winning
formula puts paid to the rest |
|
|
| Soon came along the
finest Blackeyed Boogaloo |
| then Billy the Kid
and Mr Magoo, |
| and Cherish and Angel
who was sent from Heaven |
| and Boogie's Boy,
Floyd - a magnificent seven |
|
|
| Was this wonderful
line to run out of steam? |
| No, some
"Heavenly" Bichons took over the dream |
| There were so many of
them , too many to name, |
| they just kept coming
and all gaining fame |
|
|
| Around the ringside
at shows before judging begins |
| all are checking
class sizes, predicting their wins, |
| then a cry would go
up "Myra Akins is here" |
| and the bubbles would
burst, hope would just disapppear. |
|
|
| But not for herself
did her skills she retain |
| for she passed on her
breeding so others could gain. |
| Now so many dogs at
the Top of the tree |
| have the Kynismar
affix in their pedigree |
|
|
| So if you've got a
Bichon shout "HipHip Hooray" |
| and give thanks to
Heaven for sending the day |
| when a Lady called
Myra, a long time ago |
| bought a young Bichon
and stared to show |
