Judging List Application

To apply for inclusion on the Longcoat Chihuahua Club Judging List, please complete both the 'Judging List Application' form and the 'Judges Questionnaire' form, which may be downloaded using the links below and then printed.  The completed forms should then be sent to the Secretary, Mrs Sue Lee at:
