The Annual General Meeting will be held in the interval between judging of the Open Show on Feb 20th 2005. All nominations for officers, committee and agenda items must be in the hands of the Honorary Secretary by 4th Feb 2005. All nominations for the above must be fully paid up members for a period of 3 years prior to their nomination, and be proposed and seconded by a fully paid up member. All nominees must accept their nomination in writing.
Memberships are due on 1st January each year and must be paid by 31st March in order for you to remain a fully paid up member.
The judging list will be updated after the show.

February 20th, Polesworth - judge - Mrs. Val Delve (Valanchi) - entries close 24th January
December 4th - judge - Mr Bill Gillott (Yetagen) - entries close 7th November.
Championship show 2005:
October 23rd - judges: dogs - Mrs. Diane Grant (Elmington)
bitches - Mrs. Carol Fairweather (Teaco)
referee - Miss Dianne Robinson (Midorchi).
