My wife has been in dog breeding and showing since before we married and our joint interest in Chihuahuas started nearly twenty years ago. We have bred two of our own champions, with each of us being regular exhibitors. Although we show far less these days we still have a keen interest in the breed and its future.

I have been an active member of the Longcoat Chihuahua Club since 1995 and am currently Head Steward. I have been stewarding for the club for nearly seven years now. The position not only involves stewarding, but now also extends to assisting with the training of those wishing to gain experience.

A Chihuahua is a ‘big’ dog in a small package – that’s the way they think and that’s why we love them.
