What happened to our love?
I watched it fade and die.
When did we give up?
What were the reasons why?

I cannot put my finger
on a certain time or place,
I only know that loving looks
became indifference on your face.

Precious, special words
that meant so very much
disappeared in anger
and we no longer touched,

I thought it was the end,
I know that you did too,
but oh how glad I am
that I stayed to see it through.

Lots of things have happened
and I think they made us see,
That no matter what we have to face
We can do it, you and me.

I thank the Lord above, that
We have our happy end,
We almost lost our future,
But we fell in love again.
