"Diary From A Lover"
Monday morning six am
I wake and think of you
You`re the first thing on my mind
when everyday is new
Go and put the kettle on
(this is now 6.10)
sit and drink my coffee
and think of you again!
Time to have a shower
6.30, wash my hair
smiling as I brush my teeth
thoughts of you still there
I can`t eat my breakfast
my tummy has butterflies
because I`m thinking of your smile
and those gorgeous eyes
late for work!! ten to nine
dashing through the door
stuck in traffic jams
so I think of you some more
start my work, make mistakes
re-do it all and then,
try my very hardest
not to think of you again
lunch break comes around
still can`t eat a thing,
heart skips a beat
I can hear my cell phone ring
Talk to you for ages
don`t want to say goodbye
lunch time is over
I hang up with a sigh
the afternoon goes slowly
seems forever it is taking
as I fill my head with pleasure
remembering our lovemaking
I won`t tell you anymore
it`s simple, so I`ll just say
you ARE my diary sweetheart,
my every minute, my everyday.
