I started my Property Consultancy business -
Dalton House Investments in 1988 and since that time I have been involved in many aspects of work in the U.K. commercial property sector.
My clients have not been numerous but have tended to be substantial in property terms and very active. This has brought a wide geographical spread of work to the practice.
An aspect of my work I have always particularly enjoyed has been the rent reviews / lease renewals on behalf of both landlords and tenants. These have involved properties throughout the country and although they require a lot of effort the result is usually rewarding.
More unusual cases in the past have included a 36 lane Bowling Alley in Blackpool and an Amusement Arcade in Southport. These are the really interesting jobs where from detailed research you can learn a lot.
Lease renewals and rent reviews have been successfully concluded throughout England and Wales on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants.
