Junior Competitions and Trophies

Club Championship
Junior Champions win the Aranthrue Trophy, presented to the Junior Section by R H MacDonald in 1962.
The 8 players with the best 2 gross scores from 4 counting events play-off in the Matchplay to decide the club champion.

Golf Foundation
Spring and Summer Eclectic - Awarded to best scratch and best net total score over fixed period. Players insert their best scores at each hole deleting their previous best scores.

Scott Barclay Trophy
Four ball better ball matchplay. Trophy was kindly donated to the club by J Scott Barclay who, apart from being a past captain, also carried out the responsibilities of junior convener for 11 years.

Junior Knock-Out
Singles handicap matchplay format.

Junior Cup
Trophy awarded to player returning the best four medal scores from six counting medals. Net scores applicable.

Billy Like Trophy
Two ball foursome matchplay. The family of Billy Luke, a junior member who died suddenly, donated trophy to the club.

Robert Morris Shield
36 hole stroke play competition. The best total net score wins shield. Trophy donated by Robert Morris.

Glynhill Cup
New Medal competition donated in the Centenary year by the Nicholas family.
