Remove your gecko and put it in a cardboard box with holes in (so it can breathe) and the decorations. Then depending on whether you have sand or bark remove all the substrate, i have sand and use an old hoover that is no longer used, but ask the owners of the hoover as it does damage it. Get a special non toxic reptile spray from www.livefoods.co.uk then get spraying and clean with kitchen roll and it should then be clean, re-fill up with your substrate and then put your gecko back. Do this about once every two months and spot clean which means pick up any mess as soon as you can. |
