Sally Andrew, writer/photographer

While cruising around the South Pacific for 12 years on a ten-meter sail boat, itinerant writer/photographer Sally Andrew contributed a yachting column to Pacific Islands Monthly magazine. During that time and since she has done commissioned and freelance work for several international publications, including Yachting World (UK), Practical Boat Owner (UK), Sailing (USA), Sail (USA), PassageMaker (USA), Latitude 38 (USA), Cruising Helmsman (Australia), Sailing New Zealand; polo photos for Hurtwood Park Polo Club website (UK), Pololine International (Argentina) and local newspapers in the UK; celebrity shots for OK Magazine (UK); rock band photography for Artegraphia (Spain); and archival shots of paintings by Canadian water-colourists. Commissioned works include marina photography in Australia; tourism photos in Tasmania; images of traditional boats and canoes for New Zealand's National Maritime Museum.
