It is proposed to give households a range of options regarding subscriptions. These will include a life membership option for the first time.
One of the remits for the acting committee was to create a new framework for the association so that it could cope with the changing needs of a large residential estate. Therefore the acting committee is proposing a number of important amendments to the existing constitution. These include changing the Associations name, reducing the size of the management committee and consequently the quorum for its committee meetings. There are also to be more flexible arrangements regarding subscriptions and the date of the AGM.
