Mains Estate Bus Service

Estate Information

This is a new service where we hope to pull together information of use to householders and visitors to the estate and to give you some information about the wider community. I had intended to pull together some external links about Milngavie, its facilties, history and so on. However I could not possibly start to rival Angela Gawthrop's Milngavie -- An Unofficial Guide which is full of information about the area, photographs, information about schools, doctors and much more, so I am not going to start to try.

At present the only home-grown information is about transport and links to timetabling and routeplanning sites, but this will grow over time. If there is any information you feel would be helpful here please drop a note to mainsestate@poboxes.com or contact one of the committee . Having a central repository of information is one of the objectives of the association.
