James Goff Big Band concert was held in Vandyke School, and included many popular big-band classics including a selection made popular by Glenn Miller.
Introduced by RAFA Chairman, Ron McCall, the concert was to raise funds for the 2000 Wings Appeal and to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
The Band played beneath a painting of a Hawker Hurricane by Norman Didwell of Leighton Buzzard. This painting will be on display at Biggin Hill.
