You MUST NOT use PAL Patcher or any of my tools for copy purposes. They're designed to help people who BOUGHT an import game and can't have it run on their PAL DreamCast.

Updated PAL Patcher v2.0a and my first patch database. It's still a beta, but it might help you. Also updated my tools to handle CDDA in CDI images.
