Uniquely they will work in partnership with you to discover what your training and recruitment needs are. Once they have an understanding of your business needs in terms of the necessary skills and abilities to fulfil your vacancies, they will source, train and shortlist potential employees with the necessary attributes.

To ensure that you will be employing the right person, we can arrange work trials lasting up to 10 days. Your Skills Advisor will be available to support both you and the potential employee

By offering one of our shortlisted people permanent employment your Skills Advisor will ensure they make a positive impact on your business giving you a competitive edge!
Your chosen person can go on to study for a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Levels 2 and 3 through the Government initiative Train to Gain or an Apprenticeship.

This training which benefits your business is potentially free of charge or subsidised*. The employee will be able to work towards the qualification in the workplace meaning there is no time spent away from your business studying at college.
