For those looking for a change of job or need work experience your Skills Advisor can arrange work trails lasting up to 10 days depending on eligibility. Such an experience can help you decide if the type of work is for you and also give you the edge on others applying for the same job.
You won’t be left on your own during this time, your Skills Advisor will give you all the support you need!
It Doesn,t Stop There!
Once you’re in employment you can continue your
development and learning. You can go on to study
for a nationally recognised qualification such as a
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).
TWL Training offer NVQs at Levels 2 and 3 through the Government initiative Train to Gain or an
Apprenticeship.
The training will be work based learning meaning you don’t need to spend time away from your job studying at college.
