Mewtwofans Oekaki

OEKAKI RULES! READ FIRST!
1. No hentai, porn, yiff, or anything of that sort. There are children watching!
2. No spamming, flaming, or other general meanness. Constructive crits are not meanness, so no whining about them!
3. All admin and moderators decisions are final.
4. The time limit is 15 minutes. All pictures that are undertime will be deleted the moment they are spotted. This includes saftey saves.
5. All uploaded pics must be made BY YOU. Yes, I WILL be able to tell. You are not allowed to upload another persons artwork, EVEN IF you give them credit. I will remove uploading rights and possibly ban those who abuse this privilege. Note: I will NOT allow a person to have the upload flag UNTIL I've seen them make a complete picture on this oekaki. I need something to compare with when a person uploads a picture to help make sure they aren't stealing.

Alrighty then! Messy, rushed, not as good as I envisioned it, but hey, it's proof I'm alive and still have my hands! XD Despite the off-ness of the lifted front leg (thanks a zillion IK, but I'm too lazy ^_^), I don't think it's that bad... but, I'm in an optimistic mood. ^_^ Although I disagree on the off-ness of the off-front leg (bg front) because she is lifting herself up the rock crags & has shorter front legs anyway.
