It all started back in October 1999. Debbie had just finished university a year before, and I graduated in July 99. We decided it was time to buy our house. The gardens were just builders rubble, the roads were just hard core.

Back Garden
There is a path running through the garden now, with a small water feature just showing at the bottom right corner. The border areas are being filled with shrubs and Clematis to hide the plain fence surrounding the garden. The only draw back this year is the incessant rain.

The house was still being built when we first saw it and the garden was filled with diggers and cement mixers. On October 7th the house was ready, almost. No drive or roads as we know them. The weather turned for the worse, and the garden remained untouched until spring 2000.
