The three cottages are furnished to a high standard. Accommodation is as
follows:
- All cottages have three bedrooms. One double bedroom downstairs with
bathroom. Two twin bedrooms upstairs both en-suite.
- Large lounge/dining room with solid fuel stove.
- Separate kitchen with all utensils and delf plus cooker, fridge,
dishwasher, microwave
and BBQ.
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
- A combination security safe is provided in each house.
- At the rear of each cottage is a large storage unit for bicycles, etc.
- Television and video recorder in the living area.
- Electric central heating plus multi-fuel stove in the living area.
- Bedclothes, towels and linen supplied.
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged as required. A charge of EURO
13.00
will apply.
- A mobile phone is available to rent from the owner @
€12.00 per week. A Post Office and
local supermarket are a short distance away in Ballyheigue village.
- Electricity and fuel are extra.
- Maximum of six persons per house.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
