04/04/2000  The moist diary has been updated. And I've added something
to the news section.

17/3/2000 The Clinic has been added which is really silly but i'm really bored at the moment
and i have to occupy myself somehow, i've changed the front page cos the old one was really crap.
And i've added a competition which may become a permenant fixture depending on how popular it is.

17/3/2000 i've changed the contents of the my conditioning page just to explain why i created this site
 also i've added this updates page obviously to let you know whats new and theres some not very interesting news
in the news section well what do you expect this page does come from the UK and moist haven't been here since
1995 thats nearly 5 years ago ok this is boring now i'm waffling, also i've added something to the fans zone section
