Word has it Fritz Lang's genre defining classic has been reassembled to it's original shape running at 124mins. Butchered by American studios on it's original release in 1927, it can now be seen at cinemas with it's original soundtrack and sub-plots intact.

...in development by Pendragon, based on the H.G.Welles classic novel, said to be true to the original story, set in the 18th Century. Production has been put back a year due to the 9/11 trade centre affair. It's being directed by Timothy Hines who is currently hard at work on his latest project Chroma.

...is confirmed by Warner Bros with Arnie in the role of robo-cowboy gone bad, played by Yul Bryner in the 1973 original. Schwarzenegger has wanted to do this project for several years he has said, not concerned at all about being typecast, what with T3 firmly underway also.
