THE FOOD:

With Morski you will find the food and cooking are of a very high standard - we
love food and take pride in creating a varied and tasty weekly menu, reflecting
current tastes, a balanced diet, old favourites and local produce.

A typical day starts with a hearty continental breakfast - fresh bread,
home-cooked croissants, eggs, porridge, cheese, ham, yoghurts, cereals, jams
and spreads, juices, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

When you return from the slopes, you will find afternoon tea laid out for you in
the chalet, with homebaked cakes or biscuits, bread, various jams and spreads
with tea and coffee.

For your evening meal, which the chalet staff prepare on six nights of the week,
a delicious three course meal is served. A choice of unlimited free AOC quality
bottled wine is available during the meal.

One evening a week will be the chalet staff's night off, allowing you to sample
some of the excellent local restaurants - we are happy to assist you in booking
this. Exciting options for this evening include a meal & torchlit descent, and an
overnight stay in a refuge.

Served with Mustard Mash, Provençal Green Beans and Baked Red Onions
Goat's Cheese Pesto Parcels with Tomato Coulis (Vegetarian Option)

Dietary Requirements:
When you book, please let us know of any specific dietary requirements (i.e.
vegetarian, gluten-free or allergies) and we will happily accommodate these in
our menu.

Extras:
For an additional £25 (€35) per person per week, we can provide you with a
packed lunch to take to the slopes.

For an extra £50 (€70) (payable at the time of booking) per person per week,
you can upgrade to our gourmet option, with cooked breakfast, canapés and a
four course evening meal with upgraded wine and liqueurs.
