Driving:
If you are driving to Morzine, congratulations; Morzine is one of the
easiest resorts
to get to from the UK. 9 hours drive by autoroute from Calais, costing
around
£45 (€60) in tolls each way. Morzine is approximately 550miles
(880 km) by road
from Calais with Autoroute to within 50km of Morzine.
Flights:
Morzine is one of the closest resorts to Geneva airport; flight times
are around
1hr20mins. National newspapers often offer token collect/special offers
to Geneva,
and good deals are also available if you book early. Easyjet in particular
operate
regular services from the UK to Geneva. Airport transfers from Geneva
take about
75 minutes.
Rail:
The nearest rail stations are at Cluses and Thonon (around 30 minutes
from Morzine).
