DISCOUNTS & SUPPLEMENTS:

Group bookings:
Each week, the first 8 people in a group booking the whole chalet pay full price,
persons 9-11 will receive a 25% discount, and person 12 will receive a 100%
discount (applies to all dates other than Christmas, New Year, Easter and
Half-term weeks, when 12th person has a 50% discount).

Room sharing: (applies to rooms 1 or 3, non-group bookings):
25% discount on web price for persons 3 and 4.

Children: (applies to children sharing a room with with one or more paying adults,
non-group bookings). Kids under 12 years old receive a 20% discount on web
price.

Supplements: Single/Ensuite room supplement: £200/£50 per room per week

• Please note that, except during school holidays, we generally do not accept
bookings involving children under 16 unless they are within a party booking the
whole chalet - see kids
• Please note that only one type of discount can be made to each holiday quote
• Please note that prices do not include flights or insurance
• Sole occupancy bookings (to reserve the whole chalet for the week) must provide
payment for 8 persons or more

Booking:
• When you book your holiday you will have to pay £75 deposit per person, or the
full cost of the holiday if it is 8 weeks or less before you go.
• Once you have booked, we will issue an invoice confirming the holiday details
and the price. A contract will then exist between us.

OTHER COSTS:

A basic holiday price is the first step in arranging your holiday, below you will
find information that should assist you in arranging and understanding other items.

What is included?:
• Welcome drinks on arrival
• Seven nights accommodation at the Chalet
• Breakfast and afternoon tea on seven days with evening meals on six nights
(on chalet staff's day off, breakfast and afternoon tea are laid out and the evening
meal is eaten out at a local restaurant)
• Unlimited free AOC quality wine during the evening meal
• Saturday transfers to and from Geneva Airport (see below for other airport costs)
• Use of the Morski shuttle bus to and from the slopes

What is not included?:
• Flights/self-drive costs
• Lift passes
• Ski/board/boot hire
• Ski lessons
• Insurance (Note: You MUST have winter sports insurance whilst on holiday with us)

Ski hire:
We use Ardent Sports for your ski and board hire needs. Morski guests receive a 10%
discount on regular hire prices. See their website - www.ardent-sports.com
We can easily arrange pre-booking for you - highly recommended at peak times.

Ski lessons:
The ESF (Ecole du Ski Français), and AASS (The Avoriaz Alpine Ski School, formerly
BASS (The British Alpine Ski School)) are both available in the Portes du Soleil ski area.
ESF are most suited to beginners and lower intermediates, while BASS are probably
better for more advanced skiers and boarders, with smaller groups and specialist courses.
We also recommend pre-booking lessons during high season.

Lift passes:
The area operates an excellent hands-free lift pass system, with no need to
remove your pass from your pocket. A full adult six day Portes du Soleil ski pass
cost about €174 in 2003-4 (~£122) (children under five years old do not require a
lift pass). We can pre-purchase your Portes du Soleil lift passes in time for your arrival.

Insurance:
You MUST make sure that you have adequate travel insurance before you travel.

Transfers from other airports:
We charge an extra £25/€40 per person (minimum £125/€180) one-way for transfers
from Lyon airport. Please contact us for quotes for other airports. Non-saturday
transfers will also incur charges.
