Cosy Chalet Charron is excellently situated in Morzine's quaint old town area,
a 1 minute walk from the most popular bar - Dixies, and the nearest ski-bus stop.
It is recently built, and offers attractive views of the Morzine valley, and the Pleney
ski area. A nearby mountain stream from Avoriaz trickles into our traditional water
trough in front of the chalet.

Ground floor:
• Main entrance
• Bedroom 1: Sleeps 4 with twin beds and bunk beds
• Ensuite Bathroom: Bath with shower, WC, sink & heated towel rail
• Garage: Ski and boot storage, drying area

First floor:
Sunny open plan living/dining/kitchen area, including:

• Shower room: WC, sink & shower
• Dining table, sofas, coffee table
• CD mini hi-fi, 21" Nicam TV & stereo VCR with a variety of films
• Breakfast TV with French channels (inc. Morzine TV!)
• Nintendo 64 games console, and a selection of board games
• Access to garden and balcony with views over to the Pleney piste
• Tea and coffee making facilities available all day

Top floor:
• Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 with twin beds
• Bedroom 3: Sleeps 4 with twin beds, bunk beds and balcony
• Bedroom 4: Sleeps 2 with double bed and balcony
• Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rail, WC, sink and hairdryer

Please note that laundry facilities are available for an extra charge.

CHALET TIPS:

• Rooms are usually available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and are to be
vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If required we can provide storage
space for luggage and changing area for early arrivals and late departures
• The chalet is a designated no-smoking area : smokers are asked to indulge
outdoors
• Rooms are generally allocated on a first-come first served basis except where
supplements/reductions apply for specific rooms
• Door and room keys are not widely available for the use of guests
• All linen is provide on a weekly basis (inc. 1 bath towel per person)
• Food: Special requirements (vegetarian, diabetic, etc.) should be requested, and
outlined at the time of booking.
