Excellent return on investment
Eco-Tourism is the "growth area in Australian Tourism" and The Last Frontier Resort is perfectly positioned to capitalise on this growth. Although there are 35 motels in Dubbo all showing excellent occupancy rates, some in excess of 85%, all available accommodation is totally booked during school holidays and peak weekend periods.

To let or not to let
The option is yours. Most owners will choose to make their Holiday Lodge available to visitors and thus receive an excellent income. A separate Holiday Letting Agreement is arranged with the Resort Management. Should you decide not to holiday let, the only levies that apply are those to the Owner's Association, just like Strata-title levies plus the normal Council Rates on your property.
