| Plot Great. Without giving away too many little details, the Rozarus' plot continues the plot started in The Ninth Lock. Unlike the Ninth Lock (where the plot was somewhat minimal) the plot greatly expands in the Rozarus. Sound 12 new midis, which are really good, and fit the theme well. While no new sounds are present, the use of existing sounds is good. Difficulty Somewhat difficult. Sometimes, you do not know where to go next (especially at the beginning). But once you do figure out what you have to do, it is of average difficulty. Weapons No new ones, unless you consider the pepper shaker a weapon. Magic No new ones. Size Medium. Most of the size consists of wilderness (which results in getting lost quite a lot). There is also a fairly large cave-maze. It takes around two hours to complete the D-Mod. Graphics A couple of new graphics, such as tiles and the pepper. The standard graphics are used quite well. Bugs None found. Specials No real specials, besides the fact that it is the middle of a trilogy. Pros: Everything is good (for the most part). Cons: Getting lost is a chronic problem. Bottomline: Good D-Mod, but could've used more hints. Overall score: 8.8 out of 10. Download: Local, From Dink Network. Related links: Author's (dead) Dink page, walkthrough. |
