Mission Viejo California Heritage Committee This is the "mother" organization of Mission Viejo Aurora Heritage Committee. One of the goals of the Aurora Heritage Committee will be to coordinate efforts with this group. They are also currently working on a book documenting the history of Mission Viejo California. |

Founded in 1968, this private swim and diving club is the most successful swim team in the United States. The team has won 47 National championships, produced 12 Olympic gold medal winners, 6 Olympic silver medals, 1 Olympic bronze winner, 5 individual world championship titles, and 144 individual national championships. The Nadadores' home is the Mission Viejo Aquatics Swim Complex in Mission Viejo California. |

Mission Viejo Aurora's earliest filings are a modified version of some of these Usonian, California contemporaries. In the next twenty years, subdivisions like Mission Viejo Aurora will soon gain respect from preservationists. |
